With over 15 years of experience, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore difficult emotions and develop the tools for lasting change. My practice is built on the belief that you already possess the inner resources needed for growth; my role is to help you access them.
"I specialize in working with individuals and couples facing complex issues—particularly trauma and PTSD, addiction and recovery, and the nuances of relationship distress."
I utilize cutting-edge therapies grounded in attachment theory and supported by clinical research:
Whether we are working through historical trauma or modern-day disconnection, my goal is to help you move beyond coping and into a state of thriving.
My approach is collaborative and personalized, grounded in attachment theory, neuroscience, and cutting-edge models of change. While I primarily use IFS, EMDR, and EFT, I tailor treatment to your unique needs and goals.

I am an out-of-network provider. While I do not bill insurance companies directly, I can provide you with a monthly "superbill" that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. I’m happy to walk you through this during our consultation.
Yes. In compliance with the No Surprises Act, I provide a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for all clients upon request. This document outlines the expected costs of therapy sessions and any additional services. Please let me know if you would like to receive a GFE before beginning treatment.
Our first session is about getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy now. We will discuss your history, your goals, and how we might work together. It’s also an opportunity for you to see if my style feels like a good fit for you.
This varies significantly depending on your goals. Some clients find relief in a few months of focused work (especially with EMDR or EFT), while others prefer longer-term therapy to explore deeper patterns and maintain emotional wellness.
I see clients in-person at my Brooklyn office and virtually via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform for residents of NY, NJ, and FL.
